How does Xenett invoice its customers?

We follow 30 Days billing cycle. An invoice is created at the start of the billing cycle, and it's doing prepaid billing for 30 days. So if the invoice is created on 12/1/2021 and then it covers the charge for the period 12/1/2021-12/30/2021.

How is the billing cycle set up?

Let's say, your free trial ended on 10/24/2021, and you set up the billing on 11/2/2021. The moment you set up the billing, the invoice will be created, and you will be charged for the 30 days period (11/2/2021 - 12/1/2021). In this case, your first invoice date is 11/2/2021, and you will be invoiced every 30 days thereafter.

Let's say, you set up the billing (added the card) on 10/20/2021 in the above situation. In this case, you will be charged on 10/25/2021 (immediately after the free trial ends), your invoice date will be 10/25/2021, and you will be invoiced every 30 days thereafter.

What happens when a new client file is added

Since Xenett does prepaid billing for 30 days at every billing cycle, it charges you for any new client file added during the billing period on a pro-rata basis in the next billing cycle.

For example, the last invoice created was on 11/2/2021, which covered the charges for the period 11/2/2021 - 12/1/2021. Let's say you added a new client on 11/25/2021. The charge for this new client file will be added to the next invoice on a pro-rata basis. It means that the next invoice will cover the charge for two periods: 11/25/2021 to 12/1/2021 and 12/2/2021 to 12/31/2021.

What happens when a client file is deleted?

If you delete the client file in between your billing cycle, then you don't get a refund for the already charged amount. However, you won't get charged from the next billing cycle.
