You have the ability to create new Vendors, Employees Customers, Accounts, Class, Products & Services, and Locations within Xenett Port. This option is available in the dropdown as the 'Add New' button on the import or update screen.

For example, you are importing expenses that have a Telephone account added in the spreadsheet but not created in the accounting system. So in this case, it's easier to create a new account within Xenett port, when you click on the account dropdown, you will see an Add New option which will allow you to create a new account. The changes will be automatically updated in the accounting system.

You may also create sub-attributes through the add new option.
