Save as Draft

The Save as Draft option will save the changes you have done on-screen of Xenett Port.

This will help you in case you got something urgent in the middle of the Import or Update process and you want to do it later on then you can save the batch as Draft and resume it again.

Let's say you have uploaded the excel file to Import 2000 Bills and after validating data, Xenett Port has displayed 50 errors. You can resolve the errors on-screen while doing it if you don't want to lose the changes made on the screen in any circumstance then you should draft the batch to avoid doing rework.

Before importing or updating the batch, the review screen two options, Let's see the difference below:

  1. Save - Basically, this works like Save and continue. It will save the changes done on the screen and you can continue editing the batch.

  2. Save and Close - In the dropdown of the Save button, you will have Save and Close option which will Save the batch and move it to the history page as a draft. Whenever you want to access it again, you can do it from the history page.
