Xenett Port has below use cases:

Catch-up work - If you need to build the books from scratch, Xenett port can be used to simplify the process of importing thousands of Master Lists and Transactions quickly. By using the Port template, you can import it directly into the accounting system. Let's say if your client's book is not updated for the last 5 years then you should add data by transaction type in the template and use the Bulk Import feature to import.

Clean-up work - Sometimes the books are messed up for any reason like Accounts are posted wrongly, unapplied payments, a huge balance of undeposited funds carried forward, entries synced twice, and so on. In this case, Xenett Port will help you to modify, reclassify, or delete the existing transactions in bulk and the changes will be updated in the accounting system.

Migration - If you want to migrate data from one accounting software to another, then export the data from existing accounting software, and dump the data in the Excel template of Port. Once done, you may then import transactions or lists in the new accounting system.

Regular Bookkeeping - Xenett Port can be used while doing regular bookkeeping as well. Let's say if you are doing monthly bookkeeping and the POS is not integrated then instead of doing it manually you should export the data from the POS and record it through the Bulk Import feature.
