By default, the notifications are turned off, but you can set up the notification preferences by selecting the frequency and the time for every client.

At the scheduled time, the email reminder will automatically be sent to all the client users. Please see the steps below from where you can set up/change the notifications.

  1. On the Speed mode, go to the Speed mode Menu and select the Client Settings option.

  2. Go to the Client Portal; you will see the Notification Preferences menu. Choose any frequency as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly and Save it.
