You have the option to set custom notifications but if you want to send reminders on the spot to the client then you can do it through the Notify Client option.

Let's see how you can do it.

  1. On the Client portal screen, you will see Notify Client button in the top right corner.

  2. Click on the Notify Client button and review the email and then send it.

  3. All the client users will receive an email.
