Send emails through Xenett with your own personalized email to your clients instead of the default notifications@xenett.com email address.

The option to add the sender email will only enable once you have added the custom subdomain.

Let's see how you can add the sender's email.

  1. Go to the Practice Settings option available on the practice dashboard.

  2. Click on the Custom Branding

  3. Under the Email Address section, add your email address, for example, alerts@practicename.com.

  4. Add the DNS records (details on the custom branding page) to your domain server.
