Unusual Accounts Entries

If there is a long interval between the two transactions in any accounts, vendors, or customers, Xenett will find them unusual and want you to review them. This allows you to review such transactions and confirm that they are valid and it's not a mistake. If it is a mistake, you can take appropriate actions to make the change.

For example, the Legal and Professional Services account had the last entry posted on 6/11/2020, and it has been more than 12 months, and all of a sudden, we see a transaction dated 8/10/2021. There has been an interval for more than a year; hence, Xenett will display such transactions in this report for you to review and confirm.

Unusual Names Entries

Unusual Names Entries Report displays all the transactions of Vendor, Customer, and Employee which have not been used for 12 or more months.

For Example, David Kilmnick had the last entry in Jan 2021 and then used it in Mar 2022. Then all the transactions of David Kimnick recorded in Mar 2022 will appear in this report.

You can review and confirm the transactions or make necessary changes in case of incorrect ones. If they look good to you, you can sign them off.
