Create Custom Review Points

By default, Xenett provides Custom Review Points, but sometimes you still need to create additional client-specific review points. It is a one-time activity; once you have created them, it becomes a part of your review workflow, and you don't need to remember them every month.

Let's say the client has multi-currency transactions; then, you can create a custom report to ensure the exchange rate is correct by adding Currency criteria and a filter to the exchange rate column.

All the custom review points will become a part of your review process.

Create a new Custom Review Point

Click on an option as given beside the Search option at the top panel of your screen described below:

Post that; please select the criteria(s) for your desired search options as below, then click on Save this search option and give a search name.



Edit/Delete the Custom Review Points

Once you have saved the report, you can anytime edit/delete the report. Here is how you can do so:

Go to the report you want to edit ➝ click on the Edit View ➝ Make changes ➝ click the Save changes button.

To delete the report, click on the Edit View ➝ click the Delete view button ➝ On confirmation, it will delete the report.
