User Roles who can connect client files to Xenett

In QuickBooks, if the user is added at the Client Level, then any of the below users can connect the file with Xenett.

  1. Primary Admin

  2. Admin User

  3. Accountant User

If the user is added at the Firm level, the below users can connect the file with Xenett.

  1. Users with Full Access

  2. User with Basic Access

Email Notification from Intuit QuickBooks

When you connect the QuickBooks with Xenett, an email will be coming from Intuit QuickBooks in the below cases:

No app vendor can control this email notification since Intuit QuickBooks manages it.

User Access

Do you know who receives an email when Xenett is connected?

Primary Admin

Only the Primary Admin gets an email

Accountant User

Both the Primary Admin and Accountant user get an email

Admin User

Both the Primary Admin and Admin user receive an email

Sync with QuickBooks Online

When a new client is added, it initially syncs to import all the information from the General Ledger.

Once the initial full sync is completed, CDC sync (Quick Sync) will import the changes since the last sync, which is much faster.

If you make some changes in QuickBooks Online, you should initiate the quick sync option available on both the Dashboard and Speed Mode screens.

We bring data for the last 15 months from the present date, but If you want to sync any custom period, contact us at support@xenett.com.

It syncs the below data from the accounting system:

  • Transactions

  • Masters (Vendors, Customers, Accounts, Class, Locations, Items)

  • General Ledger

  • Reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, AR, and AP Aging)
