What if the Client is already added to another firm?

This article explains what to do when the client is already added to another firm.

You're trying to add a client to your firm, but you're getting an error that you can't add it. It's mainly because Xenett doesn't allow connecting the same client more than once. In short, you can't add the same client again in another firm.

In this case, since another firm already added this client, we need to get authorization from another firm before moving it to your firm. Please reach out to help@xenett.com or in-app chat support. We can then take your request and contact the firm to which the client is already added. Once we get approval, we can move this client to your firm.
