This feature swiftly identifies transactions that have been edited through our platform. Upon configuring a specific keyword of your choice, Xenett will automatically insert this keyword into the memo section of any transaction that was edited in Xenett.
How It Works:
When a transaction is edited using Xenett, the specified keyword (such as ABC, XYZ, XEN, or any of your choice) will integrate into the transaction memo, indicating that the modification was made via Xenett.
How to Configure:
Go to Settings ⚙ ➡ Clean-up Mode Settings ➡ QuickBooks. Enter your desired keyword for transaction identification ➡Save button.
