Your client gets a link to the portal and starts responding. Clients can also ask questions to accountant users.
What you can do with the Client Portal
Send uncategorized transactions to the client, and the client can provide feedback in the comments or by updating the account, class, name, etc.
Send transactions missing the receipt, and the client can attach it to the transaction itself. The uploaded receipt gets attached to the transactions in your accounting file
Ask for missing bank statements or any other statements
