Save Questions as Draft

The questions module has a feature to save the questions as drafts so that you don't need to send them to the client immediately. Sometimes, when you have a question but need some approval, or your question is not yet ready to send, this feature will help you remember.

The drafted questions will not be visible to the client users but can be accessible to all the accountant users. From the Drafts, you can send those questions to the client anytime.

In the Ask Question pop-up, the option to Save to Drafts will appear when you click on the arrow next to the Ask button. The drafted question will appear in the Draft tab of the questions module.

Set Priority

This feature enhances the communication process by setting priorities for client questions. When you enable this option while asking a question, you can set priority.

You can streamline your workflow, allocate resources effectively, and provide timely client responses by categorizing requests into urgent, medium, or low priority.

1. Urgent Priority:

An urgent priority is reserved for critical questions that require immediate attention. These questions typically involve time-sensitive matters, such as imminent deadlines or significant errors. When a question is marked as urgent, it signals that it should be addressed as a top priority.

2. Medium Priority:

Medium priority is assigned to questions requiring attention but less time-sensitive than urgent requests. These could include general inquiries, routine tasks, or requests for information that are important but not critical for immediate action.

3. Low Priority:

Low-priority questions are non-urgent questions that can be addressed when time allows. These may include minor queries, non-critical follow-ups, or requests for general information that do not require immediate action.

Questions to the specific client user

You can assign questions to specific client users, ensuring privacy and relevance. Questions are visible to all client users by default, but this option allows you to limit visibility to only the relevant client user(s).

By enabling this option, you can select the relevant client user to whom the question should be assigned while asking a question.

Benefits:

- Enhanced Privacy: Sensitive information remains confidential, accessible only to the intended recipient.

- Improved Relevance: Irrelevant information is filtered out, ensuring each user receives only pertinent questions.

- Streamlined Communication: Avoiding unnecessary visibility makes communication more efficient and focused.
