Disconnect a Client file

To disconnect integration with accounting software

From your firm dashboard, select a client you want to disconnect ➝ click the Settings βš™ (Gear icon) at the bottom left corner ➝ Go to the Client Info ➝ click on the Disconnect Client File option.

When should you use this?

Ideally, you don't need to use this. As per QuickBooks and Xero App Store guidelines, all the app vendors must provide an option where users can disconnect the connection between the accounting system and their app.


Important Note: You will still be charged when you disconnect the client file. If you don't want to use Xenett for any of the clients, you should delete the client file.
