Re-connect to Accounting System
Re-connect to Accounting System

The accounting system provides a token refreshed every 24 hours to stay connected with third-party applications. At times, it may happen that the token from these accounting systems may not get transmitted, and it will lead to a breakage of the connection between the both.

You may re-connect the connection in two ways:

On the Clean-up mode module, click on the button to Connect to QuickBooks, or Xeroenter credentials of the respective accounting software ➝ choose the client ➝ and connect it.

Another way is, click on the client you want to re-connect ➝ click on the Settings ⚙ icon, then the Client Info option ➝ click on the Reconnect Client file and enter the credentials of the accounting software ➝ connect it.


If the connection is lost between the Accounting System and Xenett, you don't lose any data such as Configurations, custom reports, or settings you may have saved. As soon as you establish the connection again, you should be all set to resume.
