If you're dealing with something private or confidential that you don't want everyone to see, you can mark the To-dos as Private.
By default, To-dos are visible to everyone who can access the client, but marking them as Private means only the person who assigned them and the one to whom they're assigned can see them.
Enable Task Privacy Feature
The Task Privacy feature isn't enabled by default, so you must first enable it. Go to Settings > To-do Settings > Enable Task Privacy
Set the tasks as private
Once you've enabled the task privacy feature, you will see a Lock icon from where you can set the task privacy.
