Bulk Delete

The Bulk Delete feature allows you to delete multiple transactions in one go and allows to inactive the lists (Vendors, Customers, Employees, Product & Services, GL Account, Class, and Location)

Search the Transactions

To delete the transactions, you will need to search the transactions by adding multiple search criteria. At a time you can search the transactions in the range of 24 months.

You should then select the transactions, and click on the delete button.

Check the status on the History page

Once you have processed the batch for delete. Check the history page to know the status if there are any transactions that are failed to delete due to the error like if the period is closed in the accounting system then you can't delete the transactions.

Inactive Master Lists

If you want to delete any Vendors, Customers, Employees, Product & Services (Items), GL Account, Class, and Location lists then go to the individual list, select the multiple items and click on the 'Make Inactive' button and they will be marked inactive in the accounting system.


Transactions recorded through Bank Feed will not be deleted by Xenett Port due to the limitations of QuickBooks Online API.
