This report suggests the list of possible duplicate names for the Customers, Vendors, and Employees List. You should merge those duplicate names in your accounting file to help you have clean and accurate lists.

QuickBooks and Xero API doesn't allow us to merge; hence, you need to merge duplicate records in your Accounting System.

If any of the suggested duplicate names are not duplicates, you can sign off them, and they will disappear from the report.
