Notify client in real-time

You have the option to set custom notifications, but if you want to send reminders on the spot to the client, then you can do it through the Notify Client option.

Go to the Questions module ➝ click on the Notify Client button in the top right corner ➝ you may make changes to email content or remove the client users ➝ click on the Send button.

Set Auto-reminders

By default, the auto-set reminders are turned off, but you can schedule the auto-reminder where the emails will be sent to all the client users automatically if there are any open questions.

To set up the auto-reminders, see the steps below:

Go to the client, click on the Settings (⚙) icon ➝ go to the Notification Preferences tab available in the Client Portal menu ➝ Turn on and select the frequency and time ➝ Save it.
