Change Email Template for Clients

The Email templates for clients are managed at the firm level, meaning the template created will be used in all the client files.

By default, we have provided the email template, but if you want to make any changes, you can do it with the below steps:

On the Settings page (⚙ Icon), click on the Templates option ➝ go to the Email tab ➝ choose the template you want to edit ➝ make changes ➝ Save it.

The same email template will be sent to the client user when you Invite the new client and in the auto-reminders.
