The undo feature allows you to undo the imported batch. This feature is useful if someone has imported a batch wrongly so instead of searching all those transactions and deleting them, you may use the Undo feature.
Let's see how it works:
On the history page, click on the 'Undo' option available under the Action column against the batch you want to undo.
Once you click on undo, it will delete the batch and a new batch of delete will be created where you can see the status with the 'Reversal' tag under the Action column.
As soon as you processed the batch for undo, it can't be undone again. You may recognize such batches with the 'Reversed' tag under the Action column.
Undo option is available for 14 days from the date of import is processed.
